Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, as provided by EU consumer law.

How to return

Before sending anything back, write to ciao@manolea.it with your order number. We will confirm the return and send you the return address and instructions. Parcels sent without prior confirmation, or sent cash on delivery, cannot be accepted.

Bottles must be unopened, with the seal intact, undamaged and in their original packaging. For food safety reasons, bottles that have been opened cannot be returned, unless they are defective.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend a tracked and insured service: the goods travel at the customer's risk until they reach us.

Refund

Once we receive and check the bottles, we refund the price of the returned products to the original payment method within 14 days. The original shipping costs are not refunded, except when the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If a bottle arrives broken, defective or different from what you ordered, write to ciao@manolea.it within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and of the product. In these cases we replace the item or refund you, and the return costs are ours.

Legal guarantee

Consumers are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity provided by EU and Italian law. This policy does not limit those rights.
