Where we ship from

Every order leaves from Bisceglie, Puglia, Italy. Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 2 working days of payment. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is on its way.

Shipping is charged once per order, whatever the number of bottles. Delivery times are indicative and run from the day the parcel leaves. Delays caused by the carrier or by customs do not depend on us.

Duties and taxes outside the European Union

Our prices include Italian VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import VAT and any carrier handling fees are the customer's responsibility: they are charged by the carrier at destination and their payment is a condition for delivery. We cannot estimate them in advance, as they depend on the rules of the destination country.

If a bottle arrives damaged

Please check the parcel when it is delivered. If the box is visibly damaged, accept it with a written reservation on the carrier's document or refuse the delivery. Report any breakage within 3 days of delivery by writing to ciao@manolea.it with photos of the packaging and of the bottle. We will send a replacement bottle at no cost or refund you, as you prefer.
