1. Who we are

This online store is operated by Manolea, Bisceglie, Puglia, Italy. For any question write to ciao@manolea.it.

2. Products

We sell extra virgin olive oil in 500 ml bottles. Product descriptions, tasting notes and harvest information are provided in good faith; images are illustrative and colour may vary between harvests.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euro and include Italian VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm the order. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes are not included and are the customer's responsibility (see our Shipping policy).

4. Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud; in that case any amount paid is refunded in full.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, Google Pay). Payments are processed by secure third-party providers; we never store your card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery times, costs and the handling of damaged parcels are described in our Shipping policy.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery as described in our Refund policy.

8. Legal guarantee

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by EU and Italian law for 24 months from delivery.

9. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers residing in the European Union may also rely on the mandatory consumer-protection rules of their country and may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
